What happens in Aging Skin?

Aging is a natural process that occurs more rapidly and noticeably as we enter the age of 30s. Starting as early as the age of 25 (if you have been exposed to a lot of pollution or sun), your skin slows down its production of collagen, the protein that gives skin a plump, youthful, healthy glow.

With less collagen turnover and a decrease of elastin, it is easier for wrinkles and sagging to occur. Decrease in the levels of collagen will also lead to thinning of the skin. Thinner skin allows for more water loss at the epidermis, causing drier skin. You may notice your skin becoming drier and more prone to flaking as you near your 40s.

Pigment spots and wrinkles can be triggered or worsened by environmental stressors. Since your skin comes into direct contact with the air around you, your skin barrier is being subjected to toxins and pollutants in your daily environment.

Golden 8 Serum for hydration and collagen

Our Golden 8 Serum is a natural alternative to increase hydration and improve collagen content of skin. It boosts skin elasticity and strengthens the skin to diminish the signs of pre-mature aging.

Gentle and easily absorbed, our serum contains Omegas 3, 6 ,7 and 9, and antioxidants with antibacterial properties to combat signs of external stressors, including redness and sensitivity. High levels of Oleic acid assist with renewing and act as a natural protective barrier for the skin. These fatty acids decrease as we age, and it is vitally important we find them from other sources to provide the skin with optimal health.

Packed full of Omegas 3,6 7 and 9 to help in the healing of skin conditions due to its Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) Crocodile Oil helps prevents dermal irritation and regenerates the skin whilst providing the skin its daily dose of Omegas to produce clear, glowing, healthy skin.

Jojoba Oil:

A natural emollient, Jojoba Oil is full of Vitamins A, D and E which provide anti inflammatory and skin soothing properties. It is a gentle skin softening moisturizer suitable for all skin types. It helps to keep the intercellular structure of the epidermis intact and effectively bacteria out.

Maracuja Oil or Passionfruit Seed Oil:

Rich in Vitamins A,B, C, Calcium and Phosphorus, this age old Brazilian oil awakens skin for a brighter, smoother, radiant complexion which nourishes the skin. The anti-inflammatory and healing properties help facilitate the repair of skin damaged from acne, ageing and excessive sun.

Olive Oil:
