Refund policy

We value your business and are confident you will be more than satisfied with the quality of your purchase from Golden 8 Skincare USA. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have 14 days from the date you received your Golden 8 products for a full refund.  Please email us at support@golden8usa.com as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.

Proof of purchase must be provided when returning the products. Please include your original order number in any returns. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 days of receipt of goods.

Change of Mind
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned item received at Golden 8 Skincare USA within 14 days from your order's delivery date. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@golden8usa.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your return parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit if you choose not to insure. 

Damages and issues

If the product is faulty or is not the product you ordered, please email us at support@golden8usa.com within 7 days of receipt of your order, so we can assist you. 


We take great care in packaging your order. If your order is damaged in transit in the United States, please reach out to support@golden8usa.com and provide pictures of the received package and product(s) within 7 days of receipt, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your return request is accepted, Golden 8 Skincare USA will provide free return labels for you to return the products for a refund and a replacement will be issued at no cost to the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All returns have to be received by Golden 8 Skincare USA within 14 days from the original order's delivery date to be eligible for a refund, unless explicitly stipulated in email communications between the customer and support@golden8usa.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  It can take a few business days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
